I’ve just discovered Valériane Leblond’s art and I love it.

She is a French artist living in Wales, painting mainly on wood and creating images of the rural landscape, coastal villages and their people at work. Valérieane’s work is detailed and painstaking - beaches of stone being washed by the sea, fields surrounded by hedges and familiar whitewashed cottages.
