Here’s an interesting idea: choose a book and all its references (to people, places, products, music, movies etc) and then provide more information and links about each of them. Obviously some books are going to have a lot more ‘recent’ content than others to make the cross-referencing easier.
Having read Neil Gaiman’s ‘American Gods’ I think it’s a perfect choice because of the combination of fantasy sequences, contemporary culture and…brand names :)

The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore is one of this year’s Oscar nominees for best Short Film (animated). We really, really enjoyed this.

If you are a lover of books, and if you have fifteen minutes to spare, I can’t think of a better way to be thoroughly enchanted and uplifted.
