sphinxnomore: Both our Jacks do this. And throw in a multiple spin … I used to have mini dachsies who did this. And if they were left alone too long, or if they got annoyed - they’d systematically chew their way through anything in the vicinity. That trait also applied to dachshunds owned by other family members, and the damage bills could be quite steep. The list included several woollen blankets, carpet rugs, a fur coat, countless shoelaces, cane baskets and a couple of Mercedes Benz seatbelts.They’re crazy little buggers, but I still have a huge soft spot for them :)
